Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, there is no better place to get married than along the beautiful Garden Route in South Africa. Whether your wedding is small or large, intimate or formal, in the comfort of a home, on a beach, in a forest or a chapel, a religious or civil ceremony. I am registered English speaking marriage officer with a number of years of experience. I will also advise you on all the necessary documentation required to register your marriage in South Africa or overseas.

How does the booking process work?
- Check my online calendar to see if I am available
- Send me an email enquiry, use the contact form on this website or give me a call (contact link)
- I will then send you a booking form with my fees and personal particulars form to complete and return to me
- To secure my services, I require a ZAR 600 deposit and the balance is payable 3 weeks before your wedding.
- Once I have received your deposit, I will then confirm your booking in my diary and in my online calendar.
- I will then begin communicating what is required from a legal side for your marriage to be registered (See FAQ)
- We will then discuss (either via email, phone or Skype) what kind of wedding ceremony you would like.
- We will plan to meet for coffee at some stage before your wedding, even if it is a few days before.
- On the day of your wedding I issue you an abridged marriage certificate and the second copy of the marriage register.
- Within 3 days of your wedding, I submit your relevant documents to Home Affairs
- If you are a couple residing outside of South Africa, I will then apply for your unabridged marriage certificate and arrange for the relevant Apostille Stamp to be affixed
